Winter Wellness: How to Make a Lavender Foot Scrub

No other part of your body works as hard and gets beaten as your feet. Taking you to different places, your feet deserves to be pampered every now and then so that they will continue to look smooth and healthy despite a day of full walking.

Getting a foot scrub at least once a week is a great way to do this. However, you don't need to go the spa every week to have this done. With just a few ingredients, you can whip out a homemade foot scrub that's effective.

These amounts of ingredients will yield four cups of foot scrub, so you'll surely get a lot more for spending a little.

Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir the contents well so that they will combine properly. Pour the mixture into a large mason jar or divide evenly between six jars (Hint: You can give these to your friends or relatives as gifts!).

Make sure to store the finished products in a cool, dark place until they are ready to use.

Scoop out a few teaspoons of your Lavender Foot Scrub and scrub it gently on your wet skin. The tub or shower may become slippery so be extra careful.
