RETURNS MADE SO EASY!
While we try our best to process orders within 48 hours each order is hand processed by a staff member so sometimes it can take up to take up to five business days. If you have a change of mind, you may cancel your order prior to shipment by calling us at (937) 436-3003. Out style squad handpicks and curates our collections so due to the limited quantity of items we only offer merchandise credits for returned items. Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To process an exchange or return please call us at (937) 436-3003 for an RA#. Items must be in re-sell-able condition and include tags attached, original packaging, be unworn and unwashed. Items returned without an RA# or after the 14 day window are subject to a high restocking fee. While it is not mandatory we do suggest you insure or add a tracking number to your return because we are not responsible for items until they arrive at our store.
Items that are excluded from this policy include: Seasonal items, special/custom orders, self care products, food items, plush, intimates, sale items and AS IS items.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: If the package and its contents appear damaged, immediately contact our order department at (937) 436-3003 to file a claim. Keep ALL cartons and packing material. Do not return the package to us without contacting us or you may lose your right to file a claim.
PREBUYS: This is a service we provide in our style squad. You get exclusive first bibs on item at a special pricing, and earn points!! These items must be pre-paid or they will not an ordered on your behalf.
MERCHANDISE CREDITS, HOSTESS CREDITS and DONATIONS: Due to our no refund policy, we issue merchandise credits. Merchandise credits are valid for a full two years after the issue date and will expire two years afterwords. Hostess credits are valid for a full 90 days after issue date, if the hostess choose to no use his/her credit right away. Donated merchandise credits will expire at the end of 30 days upon completion of the event.
